Building on the long running success and excellent track record of Repashy’s revolutionary Grub Pie Formula, Repashy Mealworm Pie is a clone of the Grub Pie formula, but uses mealworm meal in place of the Black Soldier Fly Larvae. This will give a variety of insect options to add variety to insectivore diets and new options for picky feeders. All Insect Meal Gel Premixes contain 75% defatted insect meal, along withall natural and proprietary plant based gelling premix, supplemental calcium and other minerals, vitamins, amino acids, trace elements, and carotenoid rich plant ingredients. Repashy Mealworm Pie Insect Based (75%) Meal Replacement Gel for Insectivorous Species of Reptiles and Amphibians. Great for Bearded Dragons, Skinks, Dwarf Monitors, Salamanders and more. Mealworm Pie has a slightly bitter smell, similar to roasted almonds. DIRECTIONS: Bring water to a boil on stove, in microwave or kettle. Pour boiling water into a bowl and immediately stir in powder (1 part powder to 2-3 parts water). Let cool or immediately pour into mold. Gel sets at room temperature. Cut into pieces or strips for feeding. Once made, gel should be treated as fresh food and can be sealed and stored in refrigerator for up to two weeks, or frozen. Can also be fed as a slurry or paste. Offer ad libitum.
